Please read the following terms and conditions.  All Hydro-Gen25 products come with a 30 day money back guarantee.  All terms and conditions must be complied with in order to receive a money back guarantee from Hydro-Gen25:

HG25 unit must be installed by a Certified HG25 Installer
All operating instructions must be followed.
A refund will be granted if the customer is dissatisfied with the installed unit.
A Refund must be requested in writing within 30 days of official installation
  1. Official installation date begins when Certified HG25 Installer and purchasing representative sign off on installation.

  2. All installers must notify HG25 in writing upon completion of installation

  3. All In-House Trained and Certified Hydro-Gen25 Installers who work for the purchasing company have a maximum of 15 days upon receipt to install the generator and begin the 30 day guarantee period.

  4. The 30-day guarantee period will automatically begin on the 16the day after the unit has been received if HG25 has not been notified by the In-House Certified Installer working for the purchasing company.

  5. It is the responsibility of each HG25 Certified Distributor to inform HG25 of sale and installation dates.

  6. It is the responsibility of each HG25 Generator Owner to read the terms and conditions and fully understand the rules of the 30 day guarantee period.
All refunds will be paid within 60 days of the units return.
Return shipping will be paid by HG25 if return is due to operational failure or inefficiency
The customer will be responsible for returning the unit to HG25 or their official distributors or representatives within 15 days of refund request.
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Self installed units ship with no guarantee.
Only units installed by a Certified HG25 Installer are eligible for a refund.

Returning an Order:

Before returning any article, you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box. E-mail us at ceo@hydro-gen25.com or Contact Us at 214.998.9104.


You may return an item in its original undamaged condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. For us to best serve you, please provide us with specific reasons for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. All returned merchandise must be in “like new” condition, with all included instruction sheets, certificates and warranties and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. Restocking fees of 20% apply in the following scenarios:  1) The order is cancelled prior to shipping.  2) The unit is returned, tested and found to be working correctly, but the customer returns the product, claiming the product isn’t functional, without having actually installed the unit or called for tech support. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
